Cancellation Protection

Except tours with Collette Vacations

• more than 60 days prior to departure you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
• for 60 to 36 days prior to departure you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $100.
• within 35 days of departure you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $200.
• after departure, if you cancel for a medical reason supported by a doctor's letter, Jackson Tours will provide the cost of transportation home and a refund of the unused portion of your tour.
